ABOUT THE JOB:
1.Connect system e-contracting process
2.BCA Agreements, Termination letters, Certificates & Confirmation letters issuing and stamping
3.GCH Daily report generation to MD approval
4.Marketing materials inventory and Stock management
5.Sales Tools and communication materials ordering
5.Expenses processing in EBP and vendor creation
6.Any other affairs assigned by supervisor if needed
1.Fluent English (GET6 above preferred)
3.Good working attitude - be willing to work and learn, a strong sense of responsibility, working carefully.
4.Preferred with solid background in supporting documentation/Filing if she/he has
5.Familiar with Office software (like Excel, PPT, Outlook)
6.Hope she/he can work 4-5 days per week in Guangzhou office
