Key Responsibilities:
1. Contracts review, contracts/ licenses’ translation, contract proof reading, legal research, etc.
2. Daily Corporate work, eg, board resolution draft
3. TER payment, Team Building expenses reimbursement, Legal service fee payment, etc.
4. Other assignments by the department.
Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree in law or above. Above sophomore.
2. At least three months of internship is required.
