Job purpose:

To achieve personal sales targets through:

Developing and managing a defined client and candidate base

Delivering high quality recruitment consultancy and services

Compliance with company policies and reporting processes

 

Main accountabilities:

1. Market understanding and expertise within line of service

2. Acquisition and client management

3. Recruitment and candidate management

4. Organizing work, administration and reporting

 

Key Performance Indicators:

Achieving sales activity targets

New candidates interviewed through consultants

Number of jobs in

Number of CV’s sent to clients

Number of interviews at a client

Number of placements made / fees generated
