General Function and Primary Responsibilities:

·  Work with development team/s in thoroughly understanding changes they are implementing with the releases and act as a gatekeeper for changes going into production.

·  Work with appropriate infrastructure teams in troubleshooting any performance issues and remediating the same.

·  Participate in performance testing activities when needed and troubleshoot issues to fine tune systems.

·  Participate in various audits to provide necessary information

·  Participate in change and innovation

·  Maintain and comply with secrecy, privacy and security requirements.

MUST-have skills

· Basic SQL understanding

· Linux / Unix

· Any programming  language/script   JAVA/SHELL/Python/Perl

Preferred Hard Skillsets

·Familiar with Oracle/MySQL database

· Project experience

·Familiar with Java/Shell

·Understand Web Logic

· Have basic knowledge on Network troubleshooting

Preferred Soft Skillsets and Domain knowledge

· Communication Skills

· Fluent Verbal and Written English

·  Proactive communication and passion on new technology is must.
