2. 前台 负责前台来访客人接待、电话接听、办公用品管理、快递收发、酒店机票预订等行政工作,为公司提供支持与服务。
The receptionist is responsible for visitors greeting, phone answering, supplies management, deliveries receiving, business trip arrangement and other administrative work to provide support and services to the company.
日常工作:
1)     接待访客,通知相关工作人员到前台迎接,适时提供茶水服务
Greet and direct coming visitors, inform relevant staff and provide drink service if necessary
2)     接听、转接电话,定期更新通讯录
Answer and transfer incoming calls, update contact list regularly
3)     负责公司信件和包裹的安排及与快递公司的联系,做好信息的记录、整理、建档
Receive and deliver mails and goods, make records and archive
4)     管理公共区域,办公设备(办公设备维护,绿植维护,清洁管理,物业沟通等)
Manage public area, office facilities maintenance (office equipment, plants, cleaner management and communicate with property management company)
5)     办公易耗品采购及库存管理 (水,文具等)
Office consumables purchasing and stock management (water, stationery)
6)     会议室管理(会议室预定,协调会议时间,视频会议设置,会议室环境及设备维护)
Conference room management (booking, time coordinating, VC setup, facilities maintenance)
7)     协助员工出差票务/酒店的预订,严格遵循公司的差旅政策的操作运行
Assist hotel booking, flight reservation by strictly following company’s travel policy
8)     行政费用管理(对账,请款,部门费用统计)
Administration payment handling (checking, request payout, cost statistic)
9)     上级或经理们分派的其他行政事务
Other administrative tasks assigned by supervisor or managers
