Responsibilities:
1. Screen and download CVs
2. Make phone calls to candidates and invite them for interviews
3. Communicate with HR and senior managers, and arrange interviews according to their
schedule
4. Book meeting rooms via online system
5. Generate a bi-weekly report on the recruitment progress
6. Assist with other recruitment activities
7. Other HR-related tasks
Requirements:
1. Good command of oral and written in English and Chinese
2. A team player who is detail-oriented, flexible and quick to learn, and also has with good
communication skills
3. Good computer skills
4. HRM intern experience is a plus, but not a must
5. Can work 3+ days a week for more than 4 months
