职位描述

Job Responsibilities:
(1) Reviews enquiries and orders to ensure that customers’ requirements are well-understood and can be satisfied within company’s ability and policy.
(2) Prepares quotation accurately and according to the defined company standard and policy for customer to facilitate business negotiation.
(3) Performs order follow-up which includes order entry, acknowledgment and monitoring of delivery changes to ensure that customers’ requirements are fulfilled satisfactorily.
(4) Works closely with customers and related functional areas on delivery and payment arrangement to prevent unnecessary pile-up of stock and overdue account receivable.
(5) Handles administrative complaints promptly to provide satisfactory explanation and corrective actions to customers.
(6) Assists in sales forecasting of backorders to facilitate the monitoring of sales target achievement.
(7) Advises customer about shipping status and related documents to ensure that customers are well informed of the delivery status.
(8) Coordinates with related functions or importer assigned by customer to arrange delivery of physical goods and related documents such as invoice, packing list etc. to customer on time according to customer’s requirement.
(9) Coordinates with business team or customer to arrange goods return and follow up on the issue of credit note after receiving inspection


Requirements
(1) Undergraduate or postgraduate student, major in trading, business management, or engineering
(2) Be able to work for at least 3 months, with 4 days per week;
(3) Good at English writing and basic Microsoft skill e.g. WORD, EXCEL
