Responsibilities

 

1.       PM working process update

2.       PD cross function team working process (update base on Agile existing format)

3.       Make product quality standard and management system manual

4.       Migo products basic information making and management

5.       Migo all projects final documents archive

6.       Migo packaging transition

7.       Rework project assistance

8.       Office samples management

9.       Competitor analysis/market walk photo sorting

 

Proficiencies

 

1.       Ability to work accurately with close attention to detail.

2.       Strong analytical ability with active listening skills.

3.       Ability to take initiative and prioritize tasks; good time-management, organizational, problem-prevention and problem-solving skills.

4.       Excellent written and oral communication skills; ability to communicate effect. Reflect a professional image in writing, face to face or by telephone for information exchanges.

5.       Solid word processing and computer database skills with knowledge of Microsoft Word and Excel.

6.       Good personal skills with the ability to effectively work with individuals and groups at all organization levels; ability to work independently and as part of a team.

7.       Ability to maintain confidentiality of sensitive information.

8.       Willingness to adapt to changing business needs and deadlines.

9.       Ability to study and apply new information.

10.   Reflect professional temperament and commercial appeal in any time.

  

Education and Experience

1.       College students can be on working at least 4 days per week.
