Job description:
· Receive calls from customers, record customer requirements/ needs, coordinate between external and internal functions
· Call out for survey & research purpose, collect and categorize market information
· Support in administrative and operational functions within the team
· Get familiar with CRM & B2B systems, perform basic analysis
· Other works relevant to data or retailer management arranged by supervisor
· Collect shop inspection result from SR and Consultant. Edit weekly shop inspection report to sales and consultant.
Necessary requirements:
· Bachelor or above, familiar with MS software (Excel, PPT, Word)
· Customer oriented, attach great attention to details
· Good communication and coordination skills
· At least 3 days per week,internship last for 6 months
· First year in graduate school preferred
