Responsibility:
-To collect weekly sales report from each SR and complete the summary;
-To complete distributer sell-out report and fulfill monthly forecast accordingly;
-To update retailers/shops information;
-To handle and check reimbursement for all Sales Managers and Sales Representatives;
-To coordinate monthly area sales meeting and quarterly national sales meeting;
-To coordinate the interface between sales team and other departments in Headquarter;
-To assist Sales Director with all function related work.
Requirement:
-Detail-oriented, careful, self-motivated and excellent communication skills;
-Good English skill (oral/written), be able to do translation work;
-Good computer skills, especially EXCEL;
-At least 3 days per week
-Could work for long period, at least 4 months, prefer working for 6 months;
-Prefer previous intern experience;
