1. Responsible for the reception of incoming customers at the front desk;
2. Responsible for sending, receiving, printing and filing some documents and materials of the company;
3. Collate and maintain company data;
4. Responsible for management of office supplies and administrative fixed assets;
5. Responsible for maintaining the office environment;
6. Assist with other departments' work and other tasks assigned by the leader
Requirement:
1. Bachelor degree
2. High sense of responsibility and teamwork spirit
3. Good communication and coordination ability
4. Good English skills (CET 4 or above)
5. Familiar with the Microsoft office
