HR Intern -- Shanghai
This position is located in Shanghai.
Responsibilities:
Responsible for employee information system maintenance
Responsible for the management of staff attendance and vocational management system
Employee records and profile management
Involved in recruiting, including the recruitment advertisement system maintenance, JD post
Interview organization, feedback to candidates and on board and exit process
Assist in Employee Relationship and benefits project and follow up the employee FAQ
Other HR daily paper work
Perform any other duties and responsibilities which may be assigned by leaders.
Requirements:
Current bachelor or Master students .Able to work at least 3 days a week regularly, RMB 120 for each working day
Strong verbal and written communication skills in Chinese and English.
Quick Learner with good time management skills and communication abilities
Excellent working knowledge of PC software such as MS word, PowerPoint and Excel
