Major Responsibilities:
· Handling effective daily administrative work and providing secretarial support to line-manager, such as business trip, reimbursement and contract operation.
· Draft articles or documentation about related issues.
· Organize weekly team meeting, cooperate and coordinate with other internal functions.
· Support line-manager to set up annual budget, monitor and manage monthly expense allocation.
· Assist team for other administrative and operational support if necessary.
Job requirements:
· Good at English(CET-6 and above) and writing(全英文办公环境).
· Proficient with Microsoft office tool such as word, excel, ppt.
· Must be a team player with good communication skill.
· Able to manage and coordinate day to day office stuff.
· Full of passion in learning fresh items and be conscientious.
