Job Responsibilities:
1. Support Shared Service for data verification, audit, ect
2. Take part in initial screening for talent recruitment, including CV screening, tele interview and hiring data analysis
3. Support the New Employee Orientation, and other training sessions.
4. Provide support to employees for labor contract renewal .
Requirements:
1. Good communication skills both in Chinese and English;
2. Has similar practice in HR related area;
3. Good team player and fast learner with detail-oriented mindset;
4. Student in Human Resources Management / Business Administration / Management or English preferred;
5. Excellent knowledge in Microsoft office tools especially in Excel, Power Point and Word.
Qualifications:
1. 大三以上本科/研究生,有HR 招聘实习经历的同学优先考虑,研一/大四保研同学优先考虑
2. 一周可以工作3个工作日,实习期三个月以上
