Position Purpose:
Purpose of this position is to act as the central coordinator for the AP Purchasing Strategy Department. Coordinator will be responsible for working cooperatively with the strategy team and broader purchasing team in the Asia Pacific markets.
Responsibilities:
1. Maintain all strategy documentation
2. Monitor and evaluate databases for accurate
data capture and reporting
3. Support Strategy Team with project work
especially Annual Supplier meeting ,
Newsletters etc-
4. Provide assistance with process and systems
5. Maintain, organize the team Share-point site
6. Maintain and improve functionality of share
drives
7. Assist with audits
8. Support coordination of department training
9. Maintaining Asia Pacific supplier contact list
and getting updates from each commodity team
10. Follow all Global Purchasing Procedures
Requirements:
1. Minimum Bachelor Business Degree
2. Fluent English speaker
3. Strong communication skills
4. Proficient in Microsoft Applications
5. Some IT Programming skills are preferred
6. Strong analytical & logical skills
7. Ability to work to tight deadlines
8. Supportive of a team environment
9. Cultural sensitivity/understanding
