General Summary Statement
This role is mainly responsible for non-underwriting activities in Dealer Serive team including but not limited to administation of dealer retail agreement, system setups, retail offerings, contracts, and processes. Scope of business includes FAFC, FAFL, retail individual and corporate customers.

Key Duties
- Process contract data into the Pinnacle system in accurate and efficient manner to ensure the job quality and data integrity.
- Conduct and manage follow-ups for pending cases.
- Working closely with other departments to communicate any systems issues
- Prompt and courteous responses are provided to retail customers and a strong, loyal and professional relation is maintained with all dealers and customers.
- Enhance communicate with Sales/F&I to improve the quality of application materials
- Support NDSD CSD program to expand dealers’ coverage
- Support FAFL business in an efficient and effective manners
- Support Marketing programs’ launch and promotion
- Carry out other ad hoc assignments, support or activities as required by the business.

- College graduate.
- Good computer skills (including skillful technique on Word and Excel), especially typing and Chinese character input.
- Good team player.
- Good administration skills.
- Good reading English language skills.
- Practical understanding and knowledge of retail credit financing is preferred.
