Reports to: Training Manager
Purpose of the position
Support to training activities and people development programs.
Principal responsibilities
— Follow proper process to organize trainings according to plan.
— Maintain training documentation system, such as training records, materials , employee information, etc.
— Management E-learning system, and support on E-learning promotion activities.
— Support other L&D activities, such as training effectiveness survey, training needs collection, People development activities, etc.
Required key skills
— Competent in using computer, E.g. Software to maintain company intranet, Word, Excel, PowerPoint.
— Proficient in applying English into reading & writing,
— Took initiative to overcome challenges/ to be trouble shooting
— Enthusiasm in learning and self-developing
Required qualifications/experience
— HR working experience is preferred.
— Bachelor Degree
