Job Summary职位概述:
Main Tasks & Responsibilities主要工作职责:
1. Maintain and develop talents data base.
2. Support on rolling out the recruitment system and work with vendor if any identified improvement project.
3. Support in some recruitment activities as needed.
4. Support in other ad-hoc work as needed.
Basic Requirements of the Job基本任职资格:
Education& Qualifications教育背景与专业资格:
1. Fluent spoken and written in both English and Chinese.
2. Proficiency with MS Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, etc.).
3. Good communication skills and interpersonal skills.
4. Able to work at least 3 days(Mon.-Fri.) per week.
5. Able to work at the position for at least 6 months.
6. Pays great attention to details.
