Study and define the standard equipment to be used in the cryogenics
process (all kinds of valves, safety valves, instrumentation, electrical heater,
etc…) 研究和定义低温工艺中使用的标准设备（各种阀门，安全阀，仪表，电
加热器等）
○ Define the project needs (material, design pressure / temperature,
accuracy, tightness, etc.) 定义项目需求（材料，设计压力/温度，精度，
密封性等）
○ Study and validate the feasibility of different technical solutions by
taking into account the technico-economic optimum and safety 考虑技
术-经济最优和安全性，研究和验证不同技术方案的可行性。
○ Design and size the components of the system. Establish datasheets for
the request for quotation to suppliers 设计和选型系统的组件。为供应商
报价需求建立数据表。
○ Find potential suppliers 寻找潜在供应商。
○ Prepare a comparative table for each type of equipment 为每种设备准备
一个对比表。
○ Ensure the compliance of technical choices with regards to project
requirements and safety with support of the Design Authority. 在设计权
威的支持下，确保技术选择符合项目要求和安全性。
○ Lead and justify the supplier selection for components with regards to
quality, technical constraints and costs, in coordination with the project
manager and Purchase department. 与项目经理和采购部协调，根据质
量、技术限制和成本选择供应商。
○ Prepare the standard component list to be used on project 准备项目的标
准部件清单。
Prepare and create the standard technical document for bidding offer 准备和
创建投标报价用的标准技术文件。:
○ Regulatory watch for safety assessment on the project (such as HAZOP,
Anoxia, ...) 项目安全评估的监管（如HAZOP, 缺氧...）
○ Preparation of detailed document explaining the procedure according to
the norm and regulation 根据规范和法规准备解释程序的详细文件。
○ Preparation of a detailed standard technical offer with information on
each skid and their sub-equipment used on cryogenic process 准备详细
的标准技术报价，其中包含低温工艺中的每个模块和其子设备的信息。Qualifications &
Competency
needed■ Master or Bachelor degree in engineering; 工程硕士或本科。
■ Knowledge in the related fields: thermal transfer, hydraulics, thermodynamic,
mechanics or process engineering 相关领域的知识：热传递、水力学、热力
学、机械或工艺工程
■ Good cooperation and organization skill; 良好的合作和组织能力
■ Good oral and written communication skills; 良好的口头和书面沟通能力
■ Good written and oral English.良好的书面和口头英语
