Responsibilities
1.Log case and quality complaint information from SFDC to TrackWise system and do some related paperwork.
2.Do some filter integrity tests in Mlab according to the needs.
3.Communicate effectively with colleagues and field service team with high cross functional collaboration.
4.Coordinate with customer requests on Wechat service platform and will be responsible for Wechat service platform case record and transcribe.
5.Takes ownership/responsibility for assigned projects and tasks.
Requirements/Qualification
1.Bachelor’s degree.
2.Good computer skills and communication skills.
3.Familiar with office software
4.Quick learner
5.Good execution, integrity, teamwork is required
6.Good command of English, both oral and write is a plus.
