职责:
1、Collect and summarize data and carry out reports (HC movement report, cost report etc).
2、Data analysis and HR performance indicators analysis.
3、3rd party employees and outsourced employees’ daily administrative management and coordination.
4、Newcomer on-board preparation (e.g. medical check-up arrangement etc.)
5、HR system update & Organization chart update. 6、Training course arrangement. 7、HR activities support.
要求:
1、0~1 year HR working experience, FMCG industry preferred
2、Bachelor degree or above
3、Multi-task and anti-pressure ability
4、Good communication skills
5、Good Excel skills & high accuracy
