Role/角色: R&D Assistant (Intern)

LOCATION/工作地点:  Pepsico Asia R&D center

Accountabilities/主要职责

-       Support PD on innovation prototype (granola, cereals) development

-       Support on evaluating of raw material, samples and products

-       Maintain laboratory and sample inventory of ingredients and supplies

-       Be responsible for equipment operation & maintenance in the lab

-       Support PD to plan, conduct and coordinate stability studies

-       Other tasks assigned by manager

-       Delivery prototypes and experimental results in a timely and effective way, delivered under a quality output

-       Good Record of responsible lab equipment

WORKING RELATIONSHIPS/工作关系

-       Internal/内部: Process, Sensory, Packaging, Physical-Micro labs, QA, Operation

-       External/外部: Ingredient/flavor suppliers, Marketing, Operations, GP

Key skills/ Critical experience关键技能/经验标准

-       Junior college or above in Food Science or Food Engineering or Chemical Engineering

-       Able to operate and maintain equipment; good English spoken/written skill; operate Microsoft Office
