工作职责:
1. 接收和处理销售订单(U8系统)
2. 对配送及退单进行跟踪、协调处理
3. 与第三方物流供应商紧密合作,确保运输服务质量
4. 回单审核及归档处理
5. 确保操作流程符合公司的要求和规章制度
要求:
1. 大专或以上学历
2. 有1-2年相关工作经验
3. 能熟练操作计算机及办公软件应用
4. 良好英文读写能力
Responsiblity
1. Collect the sales order and process in U8 system
2. Sales order / return order delivery arrangement and follow up
3. Monitor 3PL to improve the transportation service quality
4. Delivery receipt checking and filling
5. Insure the order process is strict consist with company procedure and SOP.
Requirement
1. College degree or above
2. 1-2 years related working experience
3. Good PC skill, especial in Excel & PPT
4. Good English skill, both in oral & written.
