Key Responsibilities:

1.      Vendor’s payment.

2.      Meeting support.

3.      Poster management.

4.      Attendance record.

5.      Housekeeping Inventory & consumables data record.


Required Knowledge and Skills:

  1. Good at communication and coordination.
  2. Able to read and write English fluently and fluent oral ability will be plus.
  3. Be able to skillfully use the office software.(such as WORD EXCEL PPT)
  4. Having work experience in foreign company is preferred.


Qualifications and Education:

1.      English level: to be able to do simple English communication, in order to receive foreign calls and receive foreign visitors.

2.      Good communication, coordination, customer service consciousness.

3.      Pleasant, good telephone manner

4.      Highly organized, friendly and helpful
