- Performing front desk management activities while demonstrating professional
- Responsible for handling enquiries and internal /external call transfers.
- Welcoming,
informing and guiding visitors including co-ordination with
employees - Identifying the type of meeting and arrange meeting setup and schedule.
- Vendor management CBRE and MSD related vendor including payment and collection invoices
- Coordination with regional team work together and support;
- Driver management according to the booking schedule
- Ad-hoc support on site including activity/ event /town hall;
