Responsibility
1. Screening resumes, interviewing and performing background checks and referring qualified applicants to appropriate personnel concerned; provide end-to-end recruitment service to meet our progressive business development;
2. Establishing and maintain feasible pipeline via hard-copy or designated system to meet high demands for personnel;
3. Assist in establishing and developing of recruitment systems based on CBRE requirements, optimizing of recruitment process including offering & accepting and hiring process, or other practices;
4. Develop and update channels including various centres, recruitment agencies,local employment centres and other vendors
nationwide;
5. Develop and maintain recruitment systems online such as Taleo periodically;
6. Submit the reports to appropriate personnel concerned;
7. The projects assigned;
Requirements:
1. Good command of computer skills required
2. Good communication in English and Chinese;
3. Proactive, can work under pressure and good interpersonal skills

2.简历筛选、搜索;电话面试并作简要记录(部分工作需要安排面试事宜)

3. 英语流畅,4级(含)以上
