岗位职责:
- Co-ordinate site meeting / conference room set-up.
- Maintains office supplies inventory by checking stock to determine inventory level. Placing orders for office supplies.
- Manage daily mails
- General administrative duties & supports as assigned.
- Assist in any other ad-hoc duties as assigned by immediate supervisor.
