Position Summary（职位概述）：
Lumileds is seeking a highly-motivated legal intern to take responsibility for assisting some routine legal support for our Asia Region legal team.
What You Will Do（工作职责描述）：
· Do legal research on issues and areas assigned by the legal counsel
· Assist with documents management program
· Assist on general corporate matters
· Assist with the management of contract management system.
· Other work that might be assigned from time to time.
What You Will Bring (REQUIRED Qualifications)
任职资格（必须）:
· Senior, first year or second year graduate top law school students
· Good academic records
· Good command of English
· Self-motivated and eager to learn
Intern experiences with law firms, multinationals, or other legal intern practices is a plus
