销售助理 Sales Assistant (正式岗位)
Main Job Responsibilities 主要工作职责:
· 协助全国销售总监及时收集、汇总、制作各类销售报表(30%)
Support National Sales Director to collect and consolidate different kinds of sales reports
· 及时更新并安排全国销售总监日程表,提供秘书支持工作例如安排差旅行程、会议行程等,并与各部门及时有效地沟通协调相关会议安排等(20%)
Timely update and arrange National Sales Director’s schedule, and provide professional secretarial support including travel & meetings arrangements. Communicate and coordinate relevant meeting schedule with all departments in a timely and effective manner
· 协助各大区销售经理安排销售大区会议、销售管理会议、为销售工作坊提供支持(15%)
Assist Regional Sales Manager in organizing Regional Sales Meeting, Sales Management Meeting, and provide support for sales workshop
· 协助全国销售总监跟进各类销售有关费用的报销支付等流程(15%)
Help National Sales Director on submitting online payment voucher process for different kinds of sales expenses
· 协助各大区销售经理收集、整理和跟进各大区/地区月度行动计划,季度业务计划(10%)
Assist Regional Sales Manager in collecting, summarizing and following up the monthly action plan & quarterly business plan of each region/district
· 辅助各区域市场活动的跟进与反馈 (10%)
Follow up and feedback each regional marketing activities by monthly
任职条件Qualifications:
· 全日制大学本科及以上学历, 英语专业优先考虑
Bachelor’s degree or above in formal university, major in English is preferred
· 积极主动,有一定的抗压性
Be proactive and have certain resistance to pressure
· 良好的沟通及快速学习能力
Good communication skill and quick learning ability
· 熟练掌握英语听说读写
Fluent English communication both in verbal and written
· 熟练运用计算机软件,如PPT, Excel, Word等
Good at computer skills such as PPT, Excel and Word etc.
