Main Job Responsibilities 主要工作职责:
· HR Operation Support人力资源日常操作 (50%)
Follow up employees’ onboarding and exit process with internal team and external vendor与内部团队及外部供应商跟进员工线下的入离职流程;
Collect monthly payroll related reports from SFDC,such as Employee leave, Travel Meal Allowance,etc.; 从SFDC系统导出并整理与薪资相关的报表, 如员工休假、差旅餐补等;
Follow up employee’s contract renewal process跟进员工合同续签流程;
Support HR documents filing 协助HR文件归档
· HR related support (30%)
Support HR Manager on document translation and policy edit or template designing协助人力资源经理进行文档翻译及流程或文件排版设计;
Consolidate monthly HR report整理月度报表;
Edit and draft materials for e-learning platform and LinkedIn company page 为学习平台和领英雇主页面编辑和起草素材
· Recruitment Support招聘支持 (20%)
Post positions on websites/ internal communication channels在网站/内部沟通渠道发布招聘消息;
Screen candidates based on basic requirements on website根据基本要求初步筛选候选人;
任职条件Qualifications:
· Bachelor degree or above in formal university, Human resources or languages major is preferred
正规大学全日制本科级以上, 人力资源或语言类专业优先考虑
· Be proactive and have certain resistance to pressure
积极主动,有一定的抗压性
· Good communication skill and learning ability
良好的沟通及学习能力
· Fluent English communication both in verbal and written
熟练掌握英语听说读写译
· Good at computer skills such as PPT, Excel and Word etc.
熟练运用计算机软件,如PPT, Excel, Word等
