在网站/内部沟通渠道发布招聘消息 Post positions on Websites / Internal communication channels ;
通过网络人才库定向搜索候选人简历Search suitable candidates through websites ;
根据要求初步筛选简历 Screen CV based on requirements
联系候选人,协调并安排面试时间,打印简历 Contact candidate and arrange the interview, print CV
组织笔试 Organize written test and MS office test
· 其他工作 Other task 20%
任职条件Qualifications:
· 正规大学全日制本科级以上, 人力资源专业优先考虑
Bachelor degree or above in formal university, Human resources major is preferred
· 具有良好的耐心,做事谨慎仔细
Great patience and carefulness.
· 良好的沟通及学习能力
Good communication skill and learning ability
· 熟练掌握英语听说读写译。
Fluent English communication both in verbal and written.
· 熟练运用计算机软件,如PPT, Excel, Word等。
Good at computer skills such as PPT, Excel and Word etc.
