This internship allows for a flexible schedule total of about 35 hours per week. Minimum 3 months.

Your responsibilities as a Event Management Intern include:

·        Conceptual and on-sight event management support

·        Organizing and compiling marketing materials

·        Content management on our website and other social media platforms

• Assistance in the coordination of      different events

• Contribute to our regular      brainstorming meetings

·        Assistance for business development

·        Sourcing of products and services

• Administrative tasks

• General support

Desired Experience and Skills:

• Microsoft Powerpoint, Outlook      and Excel experience

• Excellent ability to keep      organized

• Analytical skills

• Creativity

·        Native Chinese speaker

·        Good working knowledge in English

·        Willingness to work in an international team

·        Able to work independently

·        Strong verbal and written communication skills required

·        Outgoing and positive personality with a team player mentality

·        Motivated to work in a changing entrepreneurial environment
