岗位名称：Ariba 供应商和客户主数据维护

Responsibility 

岗位职责：

1. 按时准确完成新建供应商和现有供应商主数据维护审核和相关表格的填制, 确保Ariba信息和AX ERP 系统中的信息一致准确

Timely and accurately to complete new vendors and existing vendors master information validation and maintenance, also including the supporting docs preparation and form completion. Must ensure information accuracy and consistency between Ariba and ERP AX.

2. 按时准确完成新建客户和现有客户的主数据审核和相关表格的填制，确保Ariba信息和AX ERP 系统中的信息一致准确

Timely and accurately to complete new customers and existing customers master information validation and maintenance, also including the supporting docs preparation and form completion. Must ensure information accuracy and consistency between Ariba and ERP AX.

3.遇到特殊情况和上下游团队-采购、销售部门进行有效沟通， 及时高效的完成问题的梳理和解决.

Strong communication with upstream and downstream team like purchasing/sales in order to quickly streamline the process and fix issues.

4.能够英文和意大利总部进行沟通，确保合规

Able to communication in English with good speaking/reading/writing skills with Italy HQ, and ensure the compliance according to HQ policy

Requirements 

任职要求：

 1. Bachelor’s degree or above

本科及以上学历

2. Prefer Major in Economics/Finance

经济/财务专业优先

3. Good communication skills, good teamwork spirit.

良好的沟通能力，良好的团队合作精神
