Responsibilities
1. Search qualified candidates with various techniques (job board, referrals and direct
sourcing);
2. Support to operate official Recruiting Account and other social media recruiting account;
3. Make the first-round phone interview with candidates and make comments;
4. Set up and maintain talent pool;
5. Arrange interview in the form of F2F, phone and teams ;
6. Support other ad-hoc administrative work.
Requirement
1. Bachelor or above, major in Human Resources / Foreign Languages are preferred
2. Fluent English both in written and speaking
3. Good at EXCEL and strong analytic skills
4. Good communication skills and logical thinking
5. Team player and quick learner
6. At least 4 days per week
