Job Summary:
Assist and support TDI Lead in managing various training and development activities
Main Responsibilities:
Training Admin and Support
· Work with MyLearning team to create the training event and session in Mylearning system according to the training calendar
· Monitor the enrollment report and communicate with vendor to do the training preparation
· Provide onsite support on the training date
· Follow the after training works such as training record and evaluation
· Coordinate Welcome session to new joiner
· Cooperate with Mylearning team for the MyLearning system related issue
· Prepare all kinds of training reports according to the requirement
· Support for the other people development project
·Support ad-hoc task
Candidate Profile:
Degree & Major: Not specific request, but prefer HR and Management
Working Experience: Relevant intern experience in Training & Development is preferred
Skills & Competencies: Strong interpersonal and communication skill, responsible, careful and principle-orientated, high-efficient and result-orientated
Language Skills: Fluent written and spoken Mandarin and English
Computer Skill: Skilled in MS office, especially in Excel
