Job description
- Candidate sourcing (through linkedin.com etc.), CV collection and screening, 1st round phone screening for intern and selected positions
- Collaboration with recruiting team on we-chat job posting, status update, training arrangement etc.
- Coordination for people engagement activities
- Data collection, reporting and analysis
- Other routine/ad-hoc tasks such as onboarding/exit process coordination, translation and meeting arrangement
Basic Qualifications
- Bachelor and above. At least 4 days per week in attendance
- Good command of oral and written English
- Good at MS Office, especially EXCEL
- Working hard, positively with a sense of responsibility
- Well teamwork and communication skills
- With a sense of confidentiality
Preferred Qualifications
- Had the experience of HR assistant
- Major in HR or related field
