Amazon Global Logistics is seeking a Customer centric Operations Specialist who wants to be part of this journey as we expand our compliance related services. Successful candidates will have a keen attention to detail, a passion for compliance and brokerage operations, and high standards for governance and oversight.
Daily duties will include:
1. Be responsible for the day to day communicate with customer for shipment arrangement confirmation
2. Place booking with booking agent
3. Work with warehouse/Trucker/Customer Broker for CFS cargo receiving /container loading plan/door pickup/cargo declaration
4. Collect SI related doc and send it to carrier
5. Coordinate with internal/external team for special case handling
Basic Qualifications:
1. Experience with import and export, preferably operation experience in Forwarder industry(Air or Ocean or Both) or International logistics relevant degrees College education or above;
2. Familiar with local ocean freight handling process
3. Good knowledge of negotiation and Organizing skill
4. Minimum CET 4 or equivalent English level
