KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: 

1.       Support on Importation:

1)      Global->China shipment follow up and manage the purchase order, regularly update purchase order tracking in system

2)      Manage import documentation, assist in documents searching per multi-channel requirements

2.       Support on end to end supply chain:

1)      Supports on inventory control (finished goods availability, kits planning, and order arrangement) and follow up action plan

2)      Supports on end to end supply chain related data collection & analysis, assist in related reports and projects.

3.       Support for Operation team's administration tasks

4.       Other assigned tasks

REQUIREMENTS:

1.       At least 3-4 days working day per week and minimum 5 months or longer internship. Major or experience in supply chain/ logistics will be appreciated.

2.       Logical with good analytical ability and figure sensitivity.

3.       Curious and open-minded, strong sense of responsibility, rigorous, with result oriented.

4.       Able to work under pressure and willing to take challenges.

5.       Good spoken & written English.

6.       Familiar with Microsoft Office pack (Excel, PPT, etc.).

7.       Expertise or experience on data base or power query will be preferred.
