Internship International Transportation Asia-Pacific (CP/LOG-APT3)
CP/LOG-APT3 is responsible for “Inbound project” in Asia-Pacific. We look for an intern to support us in our tasks and activities.
“Inbound,” the joint project involving logistics and purchasing, its goal is to minimize cost and inventories in the Bosch worldwide inbound supply chain.
The project team comprises logistics associates from the BBM divisions and CP/LOG-S. The CP/AB organization and suppliers will also be involved in this new departure. The implementation phase started in July 2015, and will be rolled out further worldwide between now and 2018.
Over the next few years, the rollout phase will lead to the standardization and improvement of our inbound delivery concepts. The main focus of these activities will be to extend the share of vendor managed inventory (VMI) and increase consignment stocks.
In initial rollout involving suppliers in the EU, China, and North America is currently on-going.
Main tasks:
- Collecting master data from different data base (e.g. portal room, Bosch plant ERP system), and maintain the project data base
- Conduct data mining and data analysis of Bosch logistic process
- Support for the project documentation
- Conduct projects upon request (e.g. Workshop organization)
Requirement:
- Availability of 4 days/week for at least 6 months
- Fluent in oral and written English
- Strong Microsoft Office skills (Excel, PowerPoint, Word)
- High analytical and data processing skills
- Logistics major beneficial but not mandatory

Compensation:
- 115 RMB/day (before tax) for bachelor students
- 145 RMB/day (before tax) for undergraduate master students
