Job Description:
• Arranging Interview, facilitating
the Potential Assessment Center which is a special hiring process of JMP(Junior
Manager Program)
• Responsible for interviewing and assessing
JMP candidates
• Responsible for preparing employee's personnel documents, like contracts,
transfer letter
• Responsible for internal charge with other company, payment with the vendor
and candidates' reimbursement
• Other recruiting and employee management issue
• Other recruiting and employee management issue
Requirements:
• Bachelor degree or Master degree
• At least 4 days per week, last 4-5 months
• Good English and communication skills
• Pro-active and down to earth
• Detail-oriented and Fast-Learning Capability
