Responsibilities:

1.      OPEX Payment

a.      Assist Accountant on payment requests’ 3-way matching

b.      Assist Accountant on account reconciliations

c.      Assist Accountant on VAT invoice filling

2.  DATA Master

a.      Work with GL accountant to support on vendor master maintenance.

b.      Assist GL accountant on assets card maintenance.

3.  T&E Payment

a.      Assist Accountant on invoice check and scanning payment requests to BPM system

b.      Document filling

Qualification:

1.                         Bachelor Degree or above in Accounting or Finance

2.                         Solid understanding of accounting practices

3.                         Good PC skills and English speaking/writing skills, and experience with ERP/SAP
