Essential Responsibilities:
1. Provide standard service to support store operation, including store open, relooking and closure.
2. Work closely with AP, AR, Tax for daily operation and monthly closing.
3. Word closely with bank for bank account management.
4. VAT invoice collect and record.
5. Keep a close communication with business and work on issue resolution for business cases.
6. Customer / Vendor query follow-up.
7. Give a strong support for annual internal and external audit.
8. Project support for document preparation.
9. Ad hoc tasks assigned by line manager.
Qualifications:
1. This role will need to work at least 3 days in a week.
2. Responsible, prudent, hardworking and can pay attention to details.
3. Proficiency with excel.
4. Strong interpersonal and communication skills.
