Key Responsibilities
•Follow and update CS relevant data such as car parc and intake;
•Regular follow up of CS retail campaign such as loyalty program;
•Assist to preparation, progress follow-up and ending of BTW activities;
•Monthly POSM and bulletin update and writing;
•Weekly dealer communication guidance updates;
•Monthly excellent communication case collection and summary
•Other temporary work such as cross function support, etc.
Ability/Skills/Personalities
•Good English skill
•Proficient in Excel and PPT
•Excellent communication skills
•Knowledge of communication is preferred
•Guarantee three workdays per week at least
