Key Responsibility:
1. Assist recruitment for both intern and full-time worker, like post positions, screen the CVs, telephone interview ,book meeting room, follow interview feedback etc.
2. Prepare on board materials and send on board notice.
3. Handle procedures for intern resignation.
5. Update hot job information with weekly and monthly.
6. Support some HR Operation and C&B work liking on board certificate; handle Social security material; update contact list.
7. Handle candidate interview payment and manager TER payment.
8. Other assignments by all department
Requirement:
1. 4天/周以上,4个月以上实习期
2. 沟通能力强,认真负责,细心踏实
3. 有相关HR经验优先;能立即到岗者优先
