Job description 职位描述
- 1. Events Management - responsible for confirmation to people's registrations for events, relevant events information statistics maintenance and outputting the data.
- 2. Onsite management - responsible for the registration desk (set up, registration lists, collecting entrance fees, issuing receipts, photos, meeting minutes etc) of Guangzhou events.
- 3. Website management - Responsible for events newsletters making, manage the subscription background of newsletters, and update the information and news of member company on the web page.
- 4. Accounting & following up - responsible for the accounting of the events, and production of profit statement and budget statement.
- 1.活动信息管理。负责确认活动参与者的登记情况;发送活动邀请,事后复盘、相关信息统计维护以及输出。
- 2.活动现场管理。负责在广州举行的活动现场管理,包括登记名单、发放收据、会议记录等活动现场相关事宜。
- 3. 官方网站运营。负责制作日常活动的上传以及推送;管理订阅后台,处理订阅者信息;更新会员企业新闻以及其他信息。
- 4.会计和相关跟进工作。负责活动的会计工作,制作活动预算以及活动利润表,并负责跟进相关的发票事务。
Job requirements 职位要求
- Can start at April 2020, 4-5 days/ week, at least 6 months.
- Excellent command of spoken and written English and Mandarin.
- Skillful in Excel, Outlook, Photoshop or other editing and graphic design software.
- Organizational, communication, social and presentation skills. Experience in management or office assistant is preferred.
- 大学在校生,最晚4月份入职,实习期6个月,一周实习4-5天
- 英语与普通话:优秀的听说及书写能力
- 熟练使用 Excel,Outlook,会Photoshop 或其他图像处理软件可以加分,有财务相关知识经验可以加分
- 具备良好的组织,沟通和表达能力;具备正式场合工作的态度和意识
