岗位描述:
为客户提供企业注册,变更等行政合规性咨询;
为客户提供合规性秘书服务项目,根据要求准备中英文文档,整理文案;
与客户及相关部门沟通联系沟通;
完成项目涉及的外勤工作;
完成领导交办的其他工作任务。
Provide consulting related to administration compliance for clients;
Provide compliance and secretarial services to clients, prepare documents in both Chinese and English as required, and sorted out the documents;
Communicate with clients and relevant departments;
Engaged in relevant onsite job;
Complete other tasks assigned by the leader.
Job requirements:
任职要求:
本科或以上学历,行政、文秘及法律专业者优先;
有良好的中英文公文写作能力,通过全国大学英语四、六级考试;
有良好的逻辑思维能力,善于思考;
具有较强的工作主动性和责任心,良好的沟通能力,自我驱动及快速学习能力;
具有咨询、企业服务、组织活动等相关经验者优先。
Bachelor Degree or above. Administrative, secretarial and legal professionals are preferred;
Good reading and writing ability for official documents in both English and Chinese and CET4 and CET6 passed;
Have logical thinking ability.
Strong work initiative and responsibility, good communication skills, self-motivation and quick learning ability.
Experience in consulting, enterprise service or organizing activities is preferred.
