Responsibilities:
- Focus on employer branding building and campus recruitment
- Market research, data analysis, reports support, conduct survey
- Helping design theme, visual, and content for employee communications
- Support on HR projects, including plan design, stakeholder communication, system testing, documentation, etc.
- Event organization and execution, to engage internal and external audience
- Support on HR daily training programs
- Assist in HR governance/ Operation excellence related topics
- Cross team collaboration with different business units to deliver results
- Translations work and other administration support
Requirements:
- Can full-timely work 4-5 days per week for six months, on-going study with Bachelor or Master degree
- Able to work in both written and oral English
- Strong communication skills, teamwork spirit, sense of confidentiality
- Must be attentive, willingness to learn
- Skills: Excel / PowerPoint/ Final Cut, consulting firm/Media agency intern experience is a plus, but not a must
