Position Summary:
To organize regular training courses and other training related programs.
In this role the training coordinator plays a key role in organizing regular trainings, This involves making training calendar, booking training rooms, coordinating with trainers and participants, training on-site support, etc. The post holder is expected to be highly process driven, pay attention to details, and possess good communication and coordination skills to ensure flawless execution of trainings
Key Responsibilities:
1.Training coordination including scheduling, executing and reporting
2.Yearly making training catalogue and training plan according to the needs of business development requirements
3.Training related documents filing;
4.Coordination with trainers and participants to ensure training programs go as planned;
5.Training materials preparation, venue set-up and training on-site logistics support;
6.Inform and invite customer to attend training
Minimum Requirements/Qualifications:
1. Bachelor
2. Strong skills in Excel
3.Be able to handle multi-task and quickly respond to assignments;
4. Should be detail-orientated and dependable, a good communicator, a quick learner and a team player with “can-do” attitude.
