Responsibilities:
- Support recruiting supervisor on job posting and CV screen
-Support recruiter supervisor on sourcing and interview coordination
-Coordinate recruiting related training arrangement and tracking progress
-Coordinate internal and external communication for recruiting team
-Documents management and translation for company news and press
-Other Administration work assigned by recruiting supervisor
Requirements:
-Self-motivated, Pro-active attitude, diligent and highly responsible
-Quick leaner, detail-oriented, good communication skill
-Related experience in multinational company is a plus
-Good English (both written and oral) and MS Office skills
-Work at least 4-5 days per week, at least 3 months internship
