Responsibilities:
1.Assist with the marketing and localization of new products and services
2.Improve and localize web & social media content
3.Assist with managing loyalty communication channels for website, member EDM/Ecard, SNS, including content planning, offer translation, system loading etc.
4.Assist with analysis and summarize loyalty marketing data and complete monthly report
5. Coordinate with hotel for loyalty marketing issues
6.Assist with online/offline marketing channels, campaigns and reputation building
7.Conduct competitor and market research
8.Compose marketing collateral
9.Develop partnerships and media relations
Requirements:
1.Fluent in English and Chinese (written and spoken)
2.Strong logical thinking & communication skills
3.Background in digital marketing, branding & communications is a plus
4.Strong research and analytical skills
5.Detail oriented, ability to multi-task and work independently under deadline
6.Highly motivated and proactive
7.Knowledge of MS Office, Photoshop, Powerpoint, Adobe Design
8.3-6 month internship
